Kimberly Fallis
Kimberly Fallis is a certified life and personal development coach with a breadth of experience assisting federal employees with life changing events via human resources and the Federal Coaching Program.
Known as "The Navigator" because of her ability to help direct and map out the necessary steps to Level UP, for her compassion, mindful listening, and PQ’s (powerful questions) which leads her to unlocking her clients inner GPS and amazing transformations. Kimberly coaches from her own life changing breakthrough experiences along with the positive psychology approach. This has played an intricate part of her proven track record of transforming lives and careers.
Kimberly holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, a Master of Science degree in Human Resources Management and a Positive Psychology Coaching Certificate from the CaPP Institute.
